First off just wanted to say sorry for all of the "interesting" that I've said in the episode, listening back from the recording really made me realize how much I like to say "interesting".

Check out to find out a nearby therapists in your area, some of them may have an option for a sliding scale and if they don't just ask. Seriously it's something I've brought up at every consultation I've had with each therapist so far. I don't think anyone should worry about having good mental health, it's also more courageous to ask for help because we can't process stuff alone.
